The Swedish Trade and Invest Council (Business Sweden) in Hong Kong together with its client, Ekman (global leading player in forest products), are recruiting trainees for the Ekman Trainee Program 2018. Successful applicants will rotate between departments in two or more countries during the 18-month Trainee Program and work in one of Ekman's main offices in Gothenburg, Hong Kong, Zurich or the US East Coast when the Trainee Program has ended.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in all disciplines, with 1-3 years of working experience

• High Proficiency in English is a must. Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese) would be an advantage

• Willingness to work internationally

• Entrepreneurial spirit and business-minded, see opportunities and willing to take challenges

• Passionate, courageous, optimistic approach to life, strive for quality in work

• Strong problem-solving skill, hands-on and be able to take initiatives and target oriented, and manage risk.

• Takes self-leadership and likes a high degree of autonomy

• Excellent communication skill, be able to build relationships and partnerships
